Poor documentation and frustration but a good concept

I was enjoying this a lot, when all of a sudden it just says "use infinitives only" and I cant make it do any conjugations (what is an app named conjuverb without conjugations?). I cant tell if they just decided to charge for conjugations after the fact or its a setting problem. Ive read the faq. Ive searched the web. Ive bounced every single option: the thing just crashes or not, but stays on infinitives. Im a computer professional and not afraid of poking AND I JUST CANT MAKE IT WORK. There is no option to send a question to the developer; there is no documentation; there is no useful hinting. I wish I had not bought it (though I did like it at first).
